Add your video
The video card comes blank. Upload your video from a computer.
Connect
Connect the video package to a computer with a USB-C cable.
The video upload cannot be done from your phone, but the package can be charged from your phone.
Upload
Drag your video to upload it onto the card - the same way you would a flash drive.
Play
Unplug the cable.
The video plays when the card is opened and the play button is pressed. Use the volume controls at your convenience.

Questions about the gift kiosk
How does pricing work?
The video card is $25, and you can add $5 to $500 to the associated PerfectGift for your recipient, bringing your total price to $30 to $525.
Is the $1.00 a charge?
No. It's a temporary hold to verify your card and unlock the door. The hold is released if you do not remove product from the kiosk. If you choose to purchase a product, that amount is applied to your purchase.
I changed my mind. Can I put it back?
If the fridge is still open, you can put the product back. If the fridge is closed, the product cannot be returned.
Can I buy more than one?
Of course! While the door is open, you can remove as many as you'd like. You will just scan each item individually and follow the steps for each package on the kiosk screen. No need to close and reswipe your card for each purchase.
Do I have to pick a brand?
Yes. Regardless of the brand you associate with the PerfectGift, the recipient will be able to swap it for a gift of their choice. Don't want to associate it with a brand? Totally fine - select PerfectGift and your recipient will have full flexibility of choice without a brand recommendation.
Can I send it without an amount?
No. You must choose an amount between $5 and $500 for the gift card while you are purchasing the gift. You can always purchase additional gifts at PerfectGift.com.
How do I put my video on the card?
It's easy! Use a USB-C cable to attach the video card to a computer. Then, find the folder drive on the computer. Copy and paste the video file or drag and drop your video file in to the video card folder. Unplug the cable, and the video will play when the card is opened and play is pressed.
How do I charge the video card?
Simply use a USB-C cable to attach the video card to a device capable of supplying power.

Does the video loop?
No. After each play, you must close the video card and reopen to replay the video.
