INX International wanted a modern way to recognize employees across ten U.S. locations and approximately thirteen hundred team members. Recognition efforts existed but were inconsistent, and only half of the managers submitted proper documentation for rewards. Challenge

Each plant purchased gift cards independently, which limited oversight and created uneven employee experiences. Documentation varied, budgeting was difficult, and evolving regulations made traditional gift cards harder to manage. INX needed a solution that worked for every branch, supported audits, and allowed managers to recognize employees quickly.

Solution
