Co-branded cards are an open-loop (i.e. Visa, Mastercard) prepaid card that a corporate client can add their logo and design to. Offering customizable co-branded gift cards is a great way to enhance your brand image while also providing your customers with a unique gifting experience.

Required File Types
Acceptable file types are JPGs and PNGs
File Formatting
Files for customization must be 2100x1344 pixels / 3.5 x 2.24 inches at 600dpi
Card Limitations
Text color, sizing & positioning not customizable
Add Your Logo to a Predesigned Card
- Logo must not take up more than 25% of the card area & be above the PAN
- Must verify the KYB info of the purchasing company
- All artwork is subject to review
- Personalization field content (name on card, custom card message) can be customized, but not the network-required content (descriptor, “debit”, legalese, etc)
- Back of card is typically not customizable, but limited customizations in certain scenarios are possible

Artwork Guidelines
The following are examples of content that will NOT be approved:
- Advertising, taglines, promo language, or websites that are not part of your standard logo/brand
- Telephone numbers
- Competitive marks or names
- Products not associated with your brand
- Products or brands associated with alcohol, tobacco, gambling or firearms
- Copyrighted or trademarked material not owned by your company
- Celebrities or public figures not associated with your brand
- Any language or image that is provocative, obscene, or suggestive of violence
